Welcome to MyKidVan, a product of Vihaanshika Tech Solution! Please carefully review these Terms and Conditions. By registering as a parent or vehicle owner (driver), you agree to these terms.
1. Overview

MyKidVan connects parents with reliable vehicle owners (drivers) for safe and convenient transportation of children.

Vihaanshika Tech Solution provides the MyKidVan app platform and associated services.

We do not personally verify the vehicles or drivers listed on the platform. Parents and drivers are responsible for conducting any additional verification or due diligence as needed.
2. Basic Features

Free for Everyone:

Parents: Can search for available vehicles and drivers.

Drivers: Can search for students in need of transportation.

Paid Feature for Parents:

Live Tracking: Parents can pay for the live tracking feature to monitor their child’s journey in real-time.

3. No Commission or Mediation

Vihaanshika Tech Solution / MyKidVan does not act as a transportation provider or intermediary.

We do not charge any commission or facilitate payments between parents and drivers.

Any financial arrangements for transportation services are directly between the parents and vehicle owners (drivers).

Our only paid service is the live vehicle tracking feature for parents.
4. Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Parents must ensure the information about their child is up to date and accurate.
5. Driver Location Tracking

Mandatory for Drivers:

Drivers must enable location tracking while picking up, dropping off, or transporting children between school and home.

This ensures transparency, accountability, and the safety of children during their journey.

6. Responsibilities
For Parents:

Provide accurate pick-up and drop-off information.
-
Communicate any changes in schedules to the driver directly.
-
Use the live tracking feature (if paid for) for additional safety.

Supervise and ensure your child’s safety throughout the transportation process.
For Drivers:

Provide a safe, roadworthy, and well-maintained vehicle.

Comply with all traffic and safety regulations.

Ensure location tracking is active during all pick-ups and drop-offs.

Communicate any delays or changes in pick-up/drop-off to the parent promptly.

Treat children with respect and care.
7. Conduct

All users must treat each other with respect.

Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your account.
8. Safety and Liability

Vihaanshika Tech Solution / MyKidVan does not personally verify vehicles or drivers listed on the app.

Vehicle owners (drivers) are solely responsible for the safety and quality of transportation services.

MyKidVan is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during transportation.

Parents are encouraged to verify driver profiles and communicate safety concerns before using the service.
9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Personal data is collected, stored, and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

By using MyKidVan, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
